Looking for your order? Use your secure order status page to check its progress and view shipment tracking when available.

Find your order status

1. Open the order confirmation email or text message you received after checkout. Search your inbox for Heaven in Hiding and check your spam or junk folder if you can't find it.
2. Follow the link to view your order. You can also use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
3. If prompted, verify your identity using your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout. Your order number is in your order confirmation.

If you have a customer account, you can also sign in to view your orders and open the order you want to track.

Tracking not available yet?

Shipment tracking appears once tracking information has been added to your order. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, check your order status page for the latest available information.

Need help finding your order?

Reply to your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email for help. Include your order number if you have it. Please don't post your order details, email address or tracking link publicly.
